What a great Christmas gift! I read the Apocalypto Series and loved it. I have been looking forward to reading Give Me as well. Ia have a Barnes and Noble Nook, though, and not a kindle. I tried to see if your outstanding gift was available on B&N as well, since that its where I initially found and purchased your books. I was surprised to find that your name and the titles of your books won’t even pull up on B&N’s site anymore. Are you not selling through them anymore? If not, is there another way to download/ purchase a copy of your ebooks? I would hate to miss out on your incredible stories because I don’t have the right e-reader…
Thanks, and Merry Christmas!

I answered Kim privately, but I’d like to let everyone know that – because of Amazon’s policies – my books won’t be available at non-Amazon outlets for a while. I know this is hard. The reality is that I simply don’t sell enough books at places other than Amazon to be able to afford to stay in them and forego Amazon Amazonian promotional power.

Such is the nature of monopoly power. 🙁
